About the College:
Established in the year 1960, Poornaprajna College, Udupi is
one of the prestigious educational institutions of the region. It is under the governance of Udupi Sri Admar Mutt Education Council. With the blessings of Sri Sri Vibudhesha Theertha Swamiji, Founder President, and Sri Sri Vishwapriya Theertha Swamiji, President of Udupi Sri Admar Mutt Education Council, the college has rendered 57 years of useful service to the society. It has been imparting value added and skill based quality education to the youth of this part of the country. The college has been re- accredited by NAAC with 'A' (3.19 CGPA) in January 2017.
About the Department:
The department of mathematics started along with the
institute in 1960. The department introduced Post graduation course in mathematics in the year 2015 to fulfil the desire of pursuing higher education to the students of rural area. We offer M.Sc. course in Pure Mathematics.
